Pay no attention to the 800 pound oil soaked Gorilla choking to death in the corner!

For weeks, BP, government officials, and the corporate media have been engaged in a massive cover-up, lying about the unspeakable actual scale of the disaster, and lying about its clean-up and containment efforts. All attempts to contain the geyser — each of them a series of failed experiments and theories — have been futile and ineffective. BP’s use of toxic chemical dispersants has been, at least in part, an attempt to obscure the visual horror of the spill from news cameras. The highly toxic dispersants themselves have further added to the toxicity of the spill, without actually removing any of the oil. According to this frightening analysis by an experienced expert, what is visible on the surface, already the size of the state of Maryland may be as little as 20 percent of the actual scale of the spewing manmade volcano of toxic sludge being reported. Gigantic emissions of natural gas threaten to deplete the oxygen of the water in the Gulf. The unprecedented amount of oil bursting out — perhaps as much as four barrels of oil per second — also raises questions about the actual size of the reservoir itself. This is an out of control volcano of oil spewing up with 70,000 psi behind it, from a reservoir nearly the size of the Gulf, with an estimated trillions of barrels of oil and gas tucked away.” Since the April 20th explosion, which resulted in the sinking of the Deepwater Horizon rig, there have been more than a million gallons of chemicals poured into the Gulf of Mexico in efforts to break up the spill. The chemicals have come under scrutiny because of their own toxic nature.

The FAA is denying news photographers access to fly over the spill because that would supposedly interfere with response efforts on the surface. How? I have no idea. News reporters & videographers trying to get video of clean-up efforts are being ordered off PUBLIC beaches under threat of ARREST! The FCC wants to PRIVATIZE access to satellite data on the spill. These are the same sats NOAA uses for overflight analysis of gulf waters paid for by YOU, ME and every other American taxpayer. These are OUR sats collecting OUR data. If it switches to a privately controlled system, they can suppress all the information. Why wouldn't they want us to see the satellite images? Because the spill is much, much worse than the government & BP are telling us.

Methane in Gulf "astonishingly high": U.S. scientist

Texas A&M University oceanography professor John Kessler, just back from a 10-day research expedition near the BP Plc oil spill in the gulf, says methane gas levels in some areas are "astonishingly high."

Kessler's crew took measurements of both surface and deep water within a 5-mile (8 kilometer) radius of BP's broken wellhead.

"There is an incredible amount of methane in there," Kessler told reporters in a telephone briefing.

In some areas, the crew of 12 scientists found concentrations that were 100,000 times higher than normal.

"We saw them approach a million times above background concentrations" in some areas, Kessler said.

The scientists were looking for signs that the methane gas had depleted levels of oxygen dissolved in the water needed to sustain marine life.

"At some locations, we saw depletions of up to 30 percent of oxygen based on its natural concentration in the waters. At other places, we saw no depletion of oxygen in the waters. We need to determine why that is," he told the briefing.

Methane occurs naturally in sea water, but high concentrations can encourage the growth of microbes that gobble up oxygen needed by marine life.

Kessler said oxygen depletions have not reached a critical level yet, but the oil is still spilling into the Gulf, now at a rate of as much as 60,000 barrels a day, according to U.S. government estimates.

"What is it going to look like two months down the road, six months down the road, two years down the road?" he asked.

Methane, a natural gas, dissolves in seawater and some scientists think measuring methane could give a more accurate picture of the extent of the oil spill.

Kessler said his team has taken those measurements, and is hoping to have an estimate soon.

"Give us about a week and we should have some preliminary numbers on that," he said.

Methane Bubble and the loss of millions of lives.....

More than 12 months ago some geologists rang the warning bell that the Deepwater Horizon exploratory rig might have been erected directly over a huge underground reservoir of methane.

Documents from several years ago indicate that the subterranean geologic formation may contain the presence of a huge methane deposit.

None other than the engineer who helped lead the team to snuff the Gulf oil fires set by Saddam Hussein to slow the advance of American troops has stated that a huge underground lake of methane gas—compressed by a pressure of 100,000 pounds per square inch (psi)—could be released by BP's drilling effort to obtain the oil deposit.

Current engineering technology cannot contain gas that is pressurized to 100,000 psi.

By some geologists' estimates the methane could be a massive 15 to 20 mile toxic and explosive bubble trapped for eons under the Gulf sea floor. In their opinion, the explosive destruction of the Deepwater Horizon wellhead was an accident just waiting to happen. Yet the disaster that followed the loss of the rig pales by comparison to the apocalyptic disaster that may come.

A cascading catastrophe

According to worried geologists, the first signs that the methane may burst its way through the bottom of the ocean would be fissures or cracks appearing on the ocean floor near the damaged well head.

Evidence of fissures opening up on the seabed have been captured by the robotic submersibles working to repair and contain the ruptured well. Smaller, independent plumes have also appeared outside the nearby radius of the bore hole itself.

According to some geological experts, BP's operations set into motion a series of events that may be irreversible. Step-by-step the drilling team committed one error after another.

Congressmen Henry Waxman, D-CA, and Bart Stupak, D-MI, in a letter sent to BP CEO Tony Hayward, identified 5 missteps made by BP during the period culminating with the explosion. Waxman, chair of the Congressional energy panel and Stupak, the head of the subcommittee on oversight and investigations, said, "The common feature of these five decisions is that they posed a trade-off between cost and well safety." The two Representatives also stated in the 14-page letter to Hayward that "Time after time, it appears that BP made decisions that increased the risk of a blowout to save the company time or expense."

Called by some insiders investigating the ongoing disaster a "perfect storm of catastrophe," the wellhead blew on the sea floor catapulting a stream of mud, oil and gas upwards at the speed of sound. In describing the events—that transpired in a matter of seconds—they note that immediately following the rupture the borehole pipe's casing blew away exposing a straight line 8 miles deep for the pressurized gas to escape. The result was cavitation, an irregular pressure variance sometimes experience by deep diving vessels such as nuclear submarines. This cavitation created a supersonic bubble of explosive methane gas that resulted in a supersonic explosion killing 11 men and completely annihilating the drilling platform.

Death from the depths

With the emerging evidence of fissures, the quiet fear now is the methane bubble rupturing the seabed and exploding into the Gulf waters. If the bubble escapes, every ship, drilling rig and structure within the region of the bubble will instantaneously sink. All the workers, engineers, Coast Guard personnel and marine biologists measuring the oil plumes' advance will instantly perish. As horrible as that is, what would follow is an event so potentially horrific that it equals in its fury the Indonesian tsunami that killed more than 600,000, or the destruction of Pompeii by Mt. Vesuvius. The ultimate Gulf disaster, however, would make even those historical horrors pale by comparison. If the huge methane bubble breaches the seabed, it will erupt with an explosive fury similar to that experienced during the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens in the Pacific Northwest. A gas gusher will surge upwards through miles of ancient sedimentary rock—layer after layer—past the oil reservoir. It will explode upwards propelled by 50 tons psi, burst through the cracks and fissures of the compromised sea floor, and rupture miles of ocean bottom with one titanic explosion.

The burgeoning methane gas cloud will surface, killing everything it touches, and set off a supersonic tsunami with the wave traveling somewhere between 400 to 600 miles per hour.

While the entire Gulf coastline is vulnerable, the state most exposed to the fury of a supersonic wave towering 100 feet or more is Florida. The Sunshine State only averages about 6 inches above sea level. A supersonic tsunami would literally sweep away everything from Miami to the panhandle in a matter of minutes. Loss of human life would be virtually instantaneous and measured in the millions. Of course the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and southern region of Georgia—a state with no Gulf coastline—would also experience tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of casualties.Loss of property is virtually incalculable and the days of the US position as the world's superpower would be literally gone in a flash...of detonating methane.

World faces years of toxic oil rain from BP oil spill chemical dispersants -

When you pour more than a million gallons of toxic chemical dispersants on top of an oil spill, it doesn’t just disappear. In this case, it moves to the atmosphere, where it will travel hundreds, if not thousands of miles from the site of the BP oil spill, in the form of toxic rain. BP’s oil spill-fighting dispersant of choice is Corexit 9500. It has been banned in Europe for good reason. Corexit 9500 is one of the most environmentally enduring, toxic chemical dispersants ever created to battle an oil spill. Add to that the millions of gallons of oil that have been burned, releasing even more toxins into the atmosphere, and you have a recipe for something much worse than acid rain. Oil in the environment is toxic at 11 PPM (parts per million). Corexit 9500 is toxic at only 2.61 PPM. But Corexit 9500 has another precarious characteristic; it’s reaction to warm water. As the water in the Gulf of Mexico heats up, Corexit 9500 goes through a molecular transition. It changes from a liquid to a gas, which is readily absorbed by clouds and released as toxic rain. The chemical-laden rain then falls on crops, reservoirs, animals and of course, people. What makes ‘Corexit rain’ so frightening are the carcinogens it will leave behind on everything is touches. Acid rain will be considered genial after it is inevitably replaced by the far more virulent ‘Corexit rain.’ It is futile to believe that we can keep ‘Corexit rain’ from occurring - it has already been released and the molecular transformation has begun. We have set off an unprecedented chain of events in nature that we cannot control. By releasing Pandora’s well from the depths and allowing it bleed into the sea at a rate of 2.5 million gallons of oil a day, the unimaginable becomes material. Yet unlike a bad dream, we will not wake up from this nightmare and find it gone. The BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill will be touching millions of earth’s life forms for uncountable years.

Media Blackout on an Extinction Level Event!

There is a media black-out regarding the following information. What you are about to read, is information being kept under tight restriction for reasons which you will soon understand, and this website will devote it’s self to keeping you informed, because as you have a right to know. I understand that to fully disclose this to the public would bring about wide-spread panic. Future posts will be dedicated to what you can do to help, and how to stay centered when all around you are re-acting to the mind numbing tragedy unfolding. Many will be in denial. The carnage to the United States alone is so staggering, it will take your breathe away

Researchers aboard the F.G. Walton Smith vessel briefed reporters on a two-week cruise in which they traced an underwater oil plum 15 miles wide, 3 miles long and about 600 feet thick. The plume's core is 1,100 to 1,300 meters below the surface, they said. "It's an infusion of oil and gas unlike anything else that has ever been seen anywhere, certainly in human history," said Samantha Joye of the University of Georgia, the expedition leader.

The estimated super high pressure release of oil from under the earth's crust is between 80,000 to 100,000 barrels per day. The pressure which blows the oil into the Gulf waters is estimated to be between 20,000 and 70,000 PSI (pounds per square inch). Impossible to control. The flow of oil and toxic gases is bringing up with it... rocks and sand which causes the flow to create a sandblasting effect on the remaining well head device currently somewhat restricting the flow, as well as the drilled hole itself.

As the well head becomes worn it enlarges the passageway allowing an ever-increasing flow. Even if some device could be placed onto the existing wellhead, it would not be able to shut off the flow, because what remains of the existing wellhead would not be able to contain the pressure. The well head piping is originally about 2 inches thick. It is now likely to be less than 1 inch thick, and thinning by each passing moment. The oil has now reached the Gulf Stream and is entering the Oceanic current which is at least four times stronger than the current in the Gulf, which will carry it throughout the world within 18 months. The oil along with the gasses, including benzene and many other toxins, (not to mention, at this point over one million gallons of the dispersant Corexit, four times more toxic than the oil itself, known to be toxic to blood, kidneys, liver, and the central nervous system) is deleting the oxygen in the water. This is killing all life in the ocean. All the worlds oceans will be dead in 18 months. Along with the oil along the shores, there will be many dead fish, etc. that will have to be gathered and disposed of.

At some point the drilled hole in the earth will enlarge itself beneath the wellhead to weaken the area the wellhead rests upon. The intense pressure will then push the wellhead off the hole allowing a direct unrestricted flow of oil, etc. The hole will continue to increase in size allowing more and more oil to rise into the Gulf. After several billion barrels of oil have been released, the pressure within the massive cavity five miles beneath the ocean floor will begin to normalize. (See graphic on scale of well and oil cavitity) This will allow the water, under the intense pressure at 1 mile deep, to be forced into the hole and the cavity where the oil was. The temperature at that depth is near 400 degrees, possibly more. The water will be vaporized and turned into steam, creating an enormous amount of force, lifting the Gulf floor. It is difficult to know how much water will go down to the core and therefore, its not possible to fully calculate the rise of the floor. The tsunami wave this will create will be anywhere from 20 to 80 feet high, possibly more. Then the floor will fall into the now vacant chamber. This is how nature will seal the hole.

Depending on the height of the tsunami, the ocean debris, oil, and existing structures that will be washed away on shore and inland, will leave the area from 50 to 200 miles inland devoid of life. Even if the debris is cleaned up, the contaminants that will be in the ground and water supply will prohibit re-population of these areas for an unknown number of years. All of Florida will be completely destroyed as will everyone and everything on it. Hurricanes will also bring the toxic material onto to land killing every living thing it comes in contact with…

Here we go!

For I say unto you:

It would be easier for a wolverine to assassinate the Pope using a slingshot loaded with overcooked lima beans than it would be to miss the signs of the immanetizing eschaton! The Planetary Mind is about to wake up, you can feel it! On the World stage the drama is tense… Who can look at pictures of oil soaked birds and not be moved to tears..and anger… See BP adding toxic chemical death into the mix (to hide the body of the victim from public view),hear the accounts of peace activists who’s fellow humanitarian aid workers where executed at sea by Israeli Zionist Pirates (with Nukes), who amongst us is not moved by this spectacle of sheer abject Terror? But, my fellow Immortals, this is nothing less than a collective Global Psycho-Spiritual Death-Rebirth Process (IAO) which we as a species must undergo in order that we might fulfill all of the prophesies in a way nobody could have foreseen and be reborn as One. Whatever calls you from outside the curtain can wait. You’re here now, and ready at last to open your eyes. When you do, you’ll see that Time is a soft jagged wave moving through you. Rest assured: the voluptuous terror you feel swiftly gives way to splendour. These days the story is often seen as being divided into "acts (aeons), an act being a period of time when certain realities are presented. An act may come to an end and be replaced by a new act where different realities are presented.

This transition from one act to another is often the subject of discussion around these parts…..(I am what you call a fixed sign Apocalypse type! The Sun, at the time of my entrance on the world stage, was at 30 degrees Pisces, literally 45 minutes shy of the Sun’s crossing from the last degree of the final sign, into the first degree of the first sign. I am always late for appointments, last chance for whatever, etc so that I am actually early for the next stage!)

"The end of the Act 3" would be referring to the end of "life as we know it" and the beginning of a new reality. It is usually a crisis that brings an end to current reality and ushers in a new way of living / thinking / being. This crisis may take the form of the intervention of a deity in history, a war, a change in the environment or the reaching of a new level of consciousness. If a better world results, we say it is "utopian". If a worse, it is "dystopian." The eschaton is actually a predictable effect of a continuous creation/destruction model.(IAO)
A central pulse is coming from the middle of the Metaverse at the rate of 22/twenty-two trillion times a second. This pulse does not merely provide a synchronizing ‘beat’ for the Metaverse.. Rather this pulse IS the Metaverse in the very real sense of the pulse triggering creation. As it happens, this pulse comes 22/twenty-two trillion times a second, and every time it occurs, the metaverse that consciousness experiences as the ‘material world or universe’ creates itself. That is the pulse comes out of the central point of the metaverse and using no-time, travels instantly to the center of all galaxies, and through them to all other matter in the metaverse down to the level of the perceived atomic solidity, and then each and every ‘atom’ within the metaverse creates itself to the beat of the pulse. We note a number of points about this idea. There are also 22/twenty-two trillion pauses each second, and these pauses allow for the existence of what physics calls ‘entropy’. Further it is the duality of pulse/pause that allows for all perceived movement, including the ‘perceived passage of time’. We note that it is the speed of creation (at the rate of 22/twenty-two trillion times a second), that tricks our minds and senses into perceiving reality as ‘solid’. Further, as our senses themselves, along with our bodies and minds, are participating in the continuous creation, it is nearly impossible to ‘see’ continuous creation as it occurs.

As reality creates and destroys itself, it does so to allow for dynamism or movement, or change, Lighting the mind up like a firebombed motorcade. Change allows for the growth of complexity, as does the nature of the underlying vibration fields that actually is material reality. It is a predictable part of reality that complexity would increase over time. Further the increase in complexity should proceed predictably toward a crescendo point, in so far as mind is concerned. This crescendo is associated with an increase in complexity of the perception of time such that an eschaton is thereafter the ‘what’ of reality. This new foundation we learn to surf like cooling lava which even now fills the mould of this exalted collective spiraltechnic thoughtform. This continuous creation/destruction model (IAO) allows for travel in space without regard to time. Basically what happens is that the ‘location’ aspects for a body or being or device are ‘reset’ and then allowed to express themselves during the next pulse/pause period. Thus nearly, as far as mind is concerned, instant movement in space without experiencing the ‘time’ of the movement. At a very core level, such travel would occur when the mastodons shake off their cryonic sleep to copulate beneath the satellites and streaming comets, outside of time, when the last albino dachshund charges heedlessly from the catacombs of the underworld into the blistering radiance of a timeless yellow day. It can also be noted that such forms of travel have an impact on the human body/mind that has to be treated as a health issue. The continuous creation/destruction model also supports the inherent validity of the concepts within meditation. Through meditative training (which is also possible from drugs/chemicals), the mind to consciousness link can be altered, and perception at a higher level of vibration is therefore possible. It’s a liquidation service for the soul. Thus the validity of the martial arts saying of “the novice moves from his extremities, the adept from his torso, and the master moves from mind”. And it therefore becomes understandable that the process of mastery, possibly of any discipline, brings the aspirant to a higher level of vibration, and thus a higher level of contact with continuously creating reality, and a potential for greater understanding of both Metaverse and themselves. Only then will the provisional gods you’ve held behind plexiglas step forth with new recipes for meringue soufflé, and heaven knows what other wonders. Why have I explained

This to you Now and Here (however these letters, which form words, which form sentences, which express ideas, which describes the system, got to your light specific eyeballs)?

Well because I’ve been here by birth,

I’ve been here by yoga,

I’ve been here by chemicals,

But now I am simply here because I am here!

And I believe very soon you will be here too

If not already!

The continuous creation/destruction model (IAO) also explicitly supports the ‘siddhis’ as they are defined within section 2 of the Science of Yoga. The ‘siddhis’ are extra-normal (as we think of the term) abilities which are gained as a human progresses through the yogic or taoist process. The siddhis include a wide range of abilities, including knowing about past and future,

The Eschatologies vary as to their degree of optimism or pessimism about the future (indeed, the same future may be utopian for some and dystopic for others - "heaven and hell" for example). Suddenly you’re more awake than you’ve been since retiring from the womb and other, numerous logical conclusions within the continuous creation/destruction model are just waiting to be detailed. Many will relate to what is possible at greater levels of vibration awareness than the usual ‘single state’ experience of life within manifesting reality.

8-13-2010: Apocalyptic Point of Temporal Origin (APTO)

Friday August 13 is the
Apocalyptic Point of Temporal Origin (APTO)

Goldman Sachs, British Petroleum, Halliburton, and other Corporate interests have working around the clock to uphold the brutal vision of misery, the current temporal quotient of suffering, despondency, and total abject dread. The least we can do is be magnificent. Their time has come! Reach through the television haze and strangle these bastards. They were beginning to wonder if they’d ever feel your hands around their throats. It is time to break the vision barrier. It came to my attention yesterday that Friday August 13 is celebrated in some parts of the country as Blame Someone Else Day. Annually, the first Friday the 13th of the year. It’s purpose? To share the responsibility and the guilt for the mess we’re in. Blame someone else! What a kick! Honey, could you bring me my Blamethrower from the garage?

The line-up for The Big Reveal Festival on Friday August 13 (at an as of yet unnamed location in Northern California) is getting more impressive each day. The Bay Area’s own The Coup, the Residents, and Iao Core, have been added to the growing list of performers which already include R.E.M, Byrne and Eno, Bjork, M.I.A., a reloaded Public Enemy, as well as numerous writers, activists, etc…. rumour has it, that the international scope of the Festival will be covered by video links between several continents, and that the main hub and command center is what is being set up here in Northern Cali…. Rest assured: the voluptuous terror you’ll feel swiftly gives way to splendour. There is also a Christian Rock Festival called Higher Ground on August 13/14 in Minnesota. And don’t bother trying to frighten the children with that simple-minded reality – they’re wise enough already to yank the curtains off the puppetshow. A diet of cathode rays will not suffice to deaden their glory in these days of mutational versatility.

For the Lightpilots amongst us, and for those who speak Astrologica: On May 27, the same day as the Full Moon in Sagittarius, Uranus left Pisces, a sign he's been transiting since 2003, and entered Aries, a sign he last visited in 1935 with the initial ingress in 1927. Uranus will only get a sampling of Arien energy this year. He retrogrades on July 5 and briefly returns to Pisces on, that’s right you guessed it. August 13, 2010 (APTO) until March 11, 2011. Upon re-entering Aries next year, Uranus will remain in Aries until 2018. In American history, the last time Uranus crossed the Pisces/ Aries threshold we had Black Tuesday when the market unexpectedly crashed on October 29, 1929 and eventually became one of the major causes to the Great Depression, the global economic downturn. Hmm... Suddenly you’ll be more awake than you’ve been since retiring from the womb. The secret phenomenological truth, encrypted against corruption at your birth but now transmitted lucidly across every synapse, is that the World is determined by imaginative volition. The next two months will be the beginning of something exciting and challenging, resulting in radical changes that we've longed for, whether consciously or subconsciously. But it is important that one be ready for it. Readiness is knowing what you want to work towards, but it is also being open to where the journey leads you on your way to your destination, without losing focus. Or should you lose sight of your true intentions, be open enough to become aware of it so you can steer yourself back into the path you should be in. If one is not ready, however, it will be easy to get caught by the sheer dynamic force of the energy. Access the divine. Light up like a firebombed motorcade. Become the oracle. Herald the new foundation and learn to surf the cool lava which even now fills the mould of this exalted collective spiraltechnic thoughtform. One might find himself/herself simply reacting to what's happening to them -- hastily or trying to catch up -- instead of being able to act with some form of control or within your own timing. And as we always say here at Metaversal Lightcraft, Timing is Everything!

BP Denies Oil Plumes Exist; Blames Illnesses on Food Poisoning

BP says it has no idea how much oil remains under the broken wellhead at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, and it denied the existence of giant underwater plumes of oil. The oil company claims that if those plumes do exist, BP scientists are studying whether they should be a concern, but that the plumes are not from BP's use of chemical dispersants to sink the oil. BP officials also claimed that the nine oil cleanup workers who have been hospitalized might have contracted food poisoning; it denied the workers' claims the dispersants made them sick.
"The oil is on the surface. There aren't any plumes," BP CEO Tony Hayward told The Associated Press.
Marine scientists last week reported the discovery of a second giant plume, deep beneath the Gulf's surface, believed to be oil and stretching 22 miles northeast from BP's gushing wellhead. The thick mass is headed toward Mobile, Ala., where currents from an underwater canyon currents feed marine life in the waters off Florida. Scientists fear these oil clouds will create giant dead zones in the Gulf by suffocating marine life and poisoning tiny creatures at the bottom of the food chain. Some speculated that the giant underwater plumes are one result of BP's unprecedented use of chemical dispersants. BP has sprayed more than 990,000 gallons of dispersant into the Gulf of Mexico since the April 20 explosion of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig.
BP CEO Hayward told CNN that the sick workers, who blamed their nausea, headaches and chest pain on the oil cleanup at the beach at Grand Isle, probably got sick from food poisoning.
"I'm sure they were genuinely ill, but whether it was anything to do with dispersants and oil, whether it was food poisoning or some other reason for them being ill," Hayward said. "You know, food poisoning is clearly a big issue when you have a concentration of this number of people in temporary camps, temporary accommodation. It's something we have to be very, very mindful of. It's one of the big issues of keeping the army operating. You know, armies march on their stomachs."
West Jefferson Medical Center announced on Monday that it had set up a first aid tent on Grand Isle specifically to treat cleanup workers, and the federal government said it had sent a mobile medical unit to Venice, La.
BP spokesman John Curry told the Times-Picayune, "We want to ensure workers' health and safety are protected, so we give them Tyvek suits, nitrile gloves, safety glasses, hard hats when working near overhead hazards, rubber boots, plus hearing protection, insect repellent, sunscreen, lip balm, personal flotation devices and steel-toe boots."
He said that if any air-quality concerns arise, BP is prepared to give workers respirators, but so far all readings have shown no toxins.
The Times-Picayune reported that a fisherman who was among nine cleanup workers hospitalized after complaining of chest pain and nausea on Grand Isle filed a federal complaint Sunday alleging that BP confiscated his clothes before he entered the West Jefferson Medical Center.
As of early Tuesday morning, Courthouse News had not been able to locate that lawsuit. CNS will post a link to it as soon as it becomes available.
"At West Jefferson, there were tents set up outside the hospital, where I was stripped of my clothing, washed with water and several showers, before I was allowed into the hospital," the fisherman, James Wunstell of Galliano, La. said in a sworn statement from his hospital bed on Saturday, according to the Times-Picayune. "When I asked for my clothing, I was told that BP had confiscated my clothing and it would not be returned."
Also on Monday, The AP, citing an anonymous White House official, reported that President Obama planned to meet today with the co-chairman of an independent commission he formed to investigate the spill.

Bush, Cheney and Halliburton: Operation Rupture

He gave us the war in Afghanistan, the war in Iraq, an economic collapse, tax cuts for the wealthy that bankrupted the treasury, and, now, we can credit him with giving us the greatest man-made ecological disaster in history. His friends all thought he was psychologically damaged from trying to please Daddy, and indeed his behaviour bore all the earmarks of a cart-horse trained to suck ankles. What he needed was a good old-fashioned kick in the stomach, and this he would have received had the car doors not been locked. But such was his luck. But how can we lay the blame for the Gulf oil disaster at Bush's door?

In 1998, when Clinton was President, Dick Cheney was CEO of Halliburton. He arranged a sale of stock whereby Dresser Industries, owned by the Bush family, bought controlling interest in Halliburton. Bush didn't stop owning Halliburton when he became President in 2000 and Dick Cheney didn't really stop being CEO -- they just took advantage of greater opportunities to make lots more money...
They funneled multi-billion dollar no-bid contracts to Halliburton through Defense appropriations for Iraq and Afghanistan, and they let the oil industry write the regulations that covered drilling so that Halliburton and Dresser Industries (the only companies that manufacture and supply oil drilling equipment to the industry) would have an easy time getting the oil out of the ground without having to worry about a lot of environmental safeguards. When they were deciding on new regulations for drilling offshore, the Bush Administration rejected the idea of requiring an acoustic trigger that could by remote control turn off an oil well that is out of control. They thought it would be too great a burden on the oil industry, even though Norway and Brazil have required acoustic triggers for years, specifically to prevent the kind of disaster that happened in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2003 a report by the Minerals Management Services of the Bush Administration said, "acoustic systems are not recommended because they tend to be very costly."

The cost of $500,000 for the acoustic trigger was considered too high a price to pay. As a result, 11 lives were lost, the Deepwater Horizon oil rig that cost $560 million was lost, and British Petroleum is spending $6 million a day trying (unsuccessfully) to clean up the mess that may end up killing all life in the worlds Oceans while they curled their lips in bemusement.

Last week the Wall Street Journal and Huffington Post reported:
Though the investigation into the explosion that sank the Deepwater Horizon site is still in its early stages, drilling experts agree that blame probably lies with flaws in the "cementing" process -- that is, plugging holes in the pipeline seal by pumping cement into it from the rig. Halliburton was in charge of cementing for Deepwater Horizon. The initial likely cause of gas coming to the surface had something to do with the cement," said Robert MacKenzie, managing director of energy and natural resources at FBR Capital Markets and a former cementing engineer in the oil industry. The problem could have been a faulty cement plug at the bottom of the well, he said. Another possibility would be that cement between the pipe and well walls didn't harden properly and allowed gas to pass through it. The possibility of Halliburton's culpability was first reported Monday by Marcus Baram of The Huffington Post. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court by Natalie Roshto, whose husband, Shane, a deck floor hand, was thrown overboard by the force of the explosion and whose body has not yet been located, Halliburton is culpable for its actions prior to the incident. The suit claims that the company "prior to the explosion, was engaged in cementing operations of the well and well cap and, upon information and belief, improperly and negligently performed these duties, which was a cause of the explosion."

And Congressman Henry Waxman, the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, sent a tough letter on Friday to Halliburton, asking for an explanation of its work on the rig, according to a spokesperson for the committee. Last year, Halliburton was also implicated for its cementing work prior to a massive blowout off the coast of Australia, where a rig caught on fire and spewed hundreds of thousands of gallons into the sea for ten weeks. In that incident, workers apparently failed to properly pump cement into the well, according to Elmer Danenberger, former head of regulatory affairs for the U.S. Minerals Management Service, who testified to an Australian commission probing that accident."The problem with the cementing job was one of the root causes in the Australian blowout," Danenberger told Huffington Post, adding that the rig crew didn't pick up on indications of an influx of fluids coming back in after they cemented the casing. "The crew didn't pick up on them and didn't take action."

Senator Bill Nelson of Florida warned that if the leak flows for three months while the relief well is being completed, then, "It's going to cover up the Gulf Coast and the wind is eventually going to keep it going south, and it's going to get into the Loop Current." The Loop Current will take the contamination around the Florida Keys and into the Gulf Stream.

Representative Henry A. Waxman, Democrat of California, the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee said, in hearings before his committee: " What we are seeing now is the deliberate destruction of the not just the Gulf of Mexico, but throughout the animal and oceanic environments which they have now attacked with a callow-vengeance and a total disregard for life in any form upon this planet. “

Let’s us make this event a death knell to the oil industry, spurring people to finally provide the support needed to get the myriad of free/renewable energy technologies that have been languishing into the marketplace. These would not only be much cleaner than oil, without the huge environmental consequences and risks, but in many cases they could be cheaper than fossil-based energy; and many of them provide distributed capability removing the need for a central grid. This revelation about those with insider knowledge in fact shorting the TransOcean stock prior to the explosions, will hopefully also spell the beginning of the end of the ultra corrupt financial faction who have wrested control over the worlds financial organs. Their days are numbered as they show their true colors in the midst of an increasingly enlightened populace who will not continue to take their abuses. These ultra power and wealth addicts need to be humbled by serving time in prison with common criminals who will not give them privileged treatment. A bullet or lethal injection would be far too merciful and dignified. Do we have a shred of clean justice left in our corrupt government system which has been bought out, blackmailed, threatened, or otherwise brought under the control of these New World Order manipulators? It's a dark day in which we live. But I am confident that brighter days are ahead. This time of transition is going to be a wild ride.

That's right it starts with an Earthquake, Birds and Snakes, ...
